Conduit Head

Remains of an elaborate conduit head exists adjacent to Conduit Meadows in Eltham, London.

The structures function was to supply water to Eltham Palace nearly a mile way.
Constructed before 1509 by Henry VII, the ruined structure is all that survives of the Tudor Conduit house.
